Important Information about Accelerator Cash Account

From 19 March 2022, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank) Accelerator Cash Account (ACA) product will no longer be supported through CommSec Adviser Services (CAS).

What does this mean?

From 19 March 2022, you and your adviser will no longer have access to view and/or manage ACAs through the CAS website and infrastructure.

To ensure that we can complete ACA account maintenance and transfer requests, please submit all requests by 4 March 2022. Any pending or incomplete requests, and requests received after this date will not be processed by CAS. These requests will have to be resubmitted by ACA clients through CommBank channels.

Current ACA accounts remain open and continue to operate as they do today, through CommBank channels such as; Netbank, the CommBank app, a CommBank branch and phone banking.
